According to a recent HealthDay article, the leading causes of headaches can be related to your behavior and daily activities:
- Not eating enough
- Poor posture at a work station
Those last two are especially important to consider if you spend the day at the computer. We know that computer eye strain is a leading cause of headaches as well as nausea; difficulty concentrating; red, dry, or burning eyes;
increase in nearsightedness; change in color perception; and even glaucoma.
