Green Queen Salad Dressing

The marriage of basil and cilantro creates a sensational dressing for fresh green vegetable salads, cooked grains and pasta.

Serves 8 or more
Time: 5 minutes

1 bunch fresh basil, 2 cups, rinsed
1 small bunch cilantro, 1 cup, rinsed
juice of 1 lemon (about 1/3 cup or to taste)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Improvisation:
